Paris has always been ahead of the curve with fashion — and now its world famous brands are innovating once again: they're getting into fashion tech.

“Is it going to change the industry? Yes, I am very convinced it will,” says Thomas Delattre, director of the Fashion Entrepreneurship Centre at the Institut Français de la Mode. 

Renée Bertini finds out how.

Have you ever had fish at restaurant that tasted a bit... fishy? That might be because every piece of seafood can change hands seven (!) times before it reaches your plate.

Scottish startup Rooser thinks its digital marketplace, which connects buyers and sellers in real time, can cut that number down and reduce waste in the process. And VCs see the potential too: it's just raised $23m.
