We recently hosted a discussion on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in our Dublin office to explore the challenges and opportunities unique to this vibrant tech community. We were delighted to host a discussion and Q&A with senior leaders from within tech Geraldine MacCarthy, Vanessa O'Mahony, Rob Kiely and Violeta Martin Lorente, exploring how the tech community in Dublin can advocate for meaningful change in this space. As highlighted by our panel host, Ricardo M., "the power of diversity lies in bringing the resilience, skills, and knowledge of underrepresented communities into our workplaces and teams,” and we couldn’t have had this discussion without a forum for diversity of thought. Throughout the event, we delved into critical topics surrounding DEI in our workplaces, communities, and beyond. A conversation that was truly important on our path to progress.
